Pieces ship from Victoria & Salt Spring, Canada. Each piece is wrapped in unbleached tissue, tucked into a recycled box, and sent through Canada Post by tracked parcel. A tracking number arrives in your inbox the day it leaves the studio.

Within Canada

Tracked Expedited Parcel — flat $15 CAD, two to seven business days depending on province. Free over $300.

To the United States

Tracked International — flat $25 CAD, five to ten business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by Solyx at checkout.

Rest of world

Tracked International — calculated at checkout by destination, typically $40 – 65 CAD, seven to twenty business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

When pieces ship

Each piece is hand-finished and ships within three to five business days of the order. If a piece is on a longer dispatch window (rare; only for studio reasons like an ongoing finishing soak), the shop listing notes it.

Lost in transit

If a tracked parcel goes silent for longer than ten business days past expected delivery, write to hello@solyx.art with your order number. The studio opens a search request with the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, makes the piece again or refunds in full.
